Professional Certification Tests at SSL
SSL offers intensive English instruction for students who will further their education at an American University, or for those who wish to learn English.
Our  TOEFL program will provide students with the knowledge needed to pass the Test of English as a Foreign Language. The official TOEFL score is accepted at many colleges, universities and businesses throughout the United States as a measure of English proficiency. SSL is also an official test site for Pearson VUE test center that offers students the opportunity to take any IT relative certification any time.
TOEFL Courses
Some TOEFL-specific courses are offered at SSL, but students should understand that all courses are designed to help the student develop skills which will aid in getting a good score on the TOEFL, acquiring skills which will lead to academic success, and building the English abilities needed to succeed in work and life. 
Computer lab
SSL has a computer Lab (room 203) available to students during regular working hours (if there is no class). Students are encouraged to use the lab and the self-study software there to improve their English. All SSL computer policies apply to the lab. Students are given a handout specifying the computer lab usage policies.
