To apply to SSL, you will need to give us three things:
1. An application form. (See choices below.)
2. Financial documentation that shows you have enough money to live and
study in the United States.
3. A non-refundable US$125 "Application Fee".
If you want to receive your acceptance letter and I-20 quickly,
you can also send US$65 for International courier service.
You can send us your application by using one of these two
ways:
1. Printable
Application Form. Fill out in your web browser, print completed
form, and fax or mail it to SSL.
If you fax your form and financial documentation to
702-735-5422, you
can pay the US$125 application fee and mailing fee (if you choose
a fast mail service) by credit card.
If you mail your application form, you can include a check to pay
the US$125 application fee and mailing fee and your financial documentation
in the same envelope.

2. Request an application form to be mailed to you.
