SSL maintains
- Nevada Authorization
Shepherd School of Language in Las Vegas is currently authorized to offer an ESL program. Our ESL Programs are exempt from licensure from the Nevada Commission on Postsecondary Education.
- Certificate of Completion
at the Completion of the Intensive English Programs Students are awarded a Certificate of Completion indicating that they have successfully completed their program of study.
Our Mission
SSL's mission is to equip students of English from various backgrounds with the language
skills necessary to meet their future goals and provide them with a memorable
cross-cultural experience.
SSL will accomplish this mission by maintaining a learning environment
mutually satisfying to students and staff members, specifically:
- providing
individualized instruction through a variety of skills, content areas
and levels,
- supporting a wide range of learning and teaching styles,
- offering
services to our students that help them take full advantage of their
stay in the United States.
